 This  letter was prepared for send it to the Spanish bases in Antarctica, but unfortunately this year the Spanish Antarctic mission was suspended due the Covid 19.
In the words in blue you can read:
"XVI Antarctic Campaign annulled by the COVID 19. Mail disinfected on board and sent to destination after the return of the oceanographic ship Hesperides to the Cartagena base (2020-2021)"
